The beans are roasted to perfection at the roastery in Valencia, ground, immediately and individually packed to seal in the freshness. We have Arabica, blended and  decaffeinated as well as 'Gourmet Coffees' for the connoisseur. These include 'Jamaica Blue Mountain,' 'Guatemala Volcan de Oro,' Nueva Guinea Papua,' Ethiopia Limu,'  'Columbia Organic' and 'Columbia decaffeinated.'
